Full job description:

Are you a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are a dynamic and thriving restaurant brand with over 9 locations seeking a talented individual to lead our team to success.

Duties

- Lead and motivate our team to deliver outstanding customer service

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards

- Coordinate food preparation activities, ensuring quality and consistency

- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members

- Train employees on proper food handling procedures and customer service skills

- Create schedules for staff members, taking into account business needs and employee availability

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements

- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, inventory control, and food safety regulations

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
